The Institute of Directors (IoD) is the professional body for directors and is at the heart of New Zealand's governance community. Our vision is for a strong, fair and sustainable future for Aotearoa New Zealand powered by high standards of governance. 

Today, we have nearly 10,000 members connected through our regional branch network. We deliver training, development and a range of services to help and enable directors and boards to be at their best. We are also proud to produce tools, resources and research to help directors connect with important and relevant topics in governance.
