TPT Group Future Director

TPT Group Holdings invest and grow businesses in the areas of technology, innovation, property and finance.  Over the last 22 years TPT Group have founded ten new start-up businesses as well as acquired 13 others. They also founded The Runway Foundation, a New Zealand registered Charity, and provide significant support to a number of other community organisations.   They are seeking a Future Director to join their board for a 12 or 18-month term. 

Skills & Experience

The successful Future Director will bring:

· diversity and different perspectives to the board

· a background in corporate business and the finance sector - ideally in both private and publicly listed companies

· senior executive experience, having worked with boards previously

· growth, commercialisation and innovation in the business and/or technology sectors

· experience in private equity raising and/or mergers and acquisitions (ideally)
